Description:
In this project, two Mitsubishi heat pumps 3T and 4T were installed. There were 2 furnace without air conditioners in the house, instead of furnace we installed two heat pumps for heating and cooling the house. The request was for quiet equipment that would harmoniously fit into the landscape of the house. A solution was proposed in the form of slim ultra quite systems by Mitsubishi. This model is the most technologically advanced and highly efficient system.
When installing 1 of the fan coils, it was necessary to shift the lines for the water heater so that there was enough space to install the equipment. Also, an offset was made to the right of the filter box so that it was possible to change the filter itself. Since this is a return filter box, it does not affect the operation of the system.

Description:
We have made a diagnosis and identified many problems. We found damage to the evaporator coil, and the drain pan replacement was also required. Since the repair required 50% of the cost of a new installation, the client decided to install new equipment with a guarantee. Description:
We arrived at the estimate and found out that the furnace was completely incorrectly installed and did not have access to maintenance. The client asked to add conditioner to the old furnace. We suggested to customer to install heat pump instead of A/C installation. By replacing the furnace with a heat pump, we did the right installation, changed the location of the equipment and the new installation became serviceable and was done according to the hvac code. The client preferred the installation of a heat pump, because after many years the heat pump does not produce carbone monoxide and cannot fail. Also, heat pump uses only electricity and does not use gas. While installing a heat pump is more expensive than adding an A/C to an existing furnace, given the benefits of the heat pump and its longevity, the difference is not that big and it looks more attractive.

Furnace
Two-stage operation allows longer, more even heating cycles on low stage.
Traditional single-stage furnaces only operate at one capacity.
A two-stage gas furnace, on the other hand, operates at two separate capacities: high and low. The low setting is used about 50-60 percent of the time (sometimes even longer), while the high setting is only used when it’s excessively cold outside.
- Increased efficiency. A two-stage furnace’s low capacity consumes less energy than its high capacity. Since the low setting is used a majority of the time, a two-stage furnace consumes less energy than a traditional single-stage furnace (even though a two-stage furnace operates more often).
- More consistent heating. With a single-stage furnace, your home is blasted with a large amount of heat every time that the system turns on. This can lead to inconsistent spikes and dips in your home’s temperature levels. A two-stage furnace operates longer than a single-stage furnace (and at a lower setting), which allows it to heat your home more consistently and with much smaller temperature fluctuations.
- Less system cycling. Another advantage of a two-stage furnace operating more often than a single-stage furnace is that your system performs much less on-and-off cycling. This puts less stress on your furnace, which helps minimize breakdowns and allows the system to have a longer operating life.
- Better air quality. Because a two-stage furnace has longer heating cycles than a single-stage furnace, the air is sent through your system’s filtration devices more often. This leads to better air quality because more particles will be removed from your air and your home will have a more consistent supply of freshly filtered air.

The previous system didn’t work properly, so we did a furnace and AC replacement with a heat pump. This home had two different zones for two floors. We proposed a solution of installing one heat pump outdoor unit with two fan coils for the two different floors. In this case, the combination with one outdoor unit allows you to reduce the cost of equipment and electricity bills. In addition, all air ducts have been completely replaced, which in combination with this equipment guarantees maximum efficiency of the entire system.
