Our Projects

AC Installation/Replacement

Duration of work: 1 day

Used equipment: Bryant 126SAN04800W 4T Pur.P 15 SEER2 AC 208/2301 Single Stage Carrier CNPVP4821ALA 4 TON PURON UPFLOW / DOWNFLOW 21" CASED N-COIL

Description:
Here you can see the air conditioner replacement without furnace. The old installation stood under the window and created a lot of noise. We installed the air conditioner on the other side. Also, this unit itself is quieter and people have become much more comfortable.

A single-stage air conditioner is the most basic type of cooling system. It has one operational mode, which is either on or off.
The AC runs in full capacity mode until it achieves the desired temperature. Then it will remain off until the temperature rises again beyond the set thermostat’s reading.
For example, if your thermostat reads 70 degrees, any temperature above this will set the AC on. When the temperature goes below the set minimum, it shuts itself off. Single-stage air conditioners will continually turn on or off during the day, depending on temperature.

Advantages:
Some of the reasons why so many US homes still use single-stage ACs include:
- Low cost: They are cheaper than two-stage models;
- If you’re on a tight budget or want something easier to install, go with the single-stage AC.

AC System Installation/Replacement

Used equipment: Bryant 126SAN03600W 3T Pur.P 16 SEER2 AC 208/2301 Single Stage

Description:
This A/C model has a rather quiet sound, the price-noise ratio is quite optimal. When the air conditioner is next to the window, there will be no strong noise in the house.

A/C System Installation/Replacement

Duration of work: 1 day

Used equipment:
Bryant 115SAN03000W 2.5T AC Pur 208/2301 SW Compliant Payne CNPVP3017ALA

Description:
We’re invited to carry out diagnosis. We conducted a full diagnosis and found out that the problem was in both units: outdoor and indoor. Also, we found a Freon leak. It turned out that it could not be repaired because coils were damaged so we made an A/C replacement.

One of the reasons why so many US homes still use single-stage ACs is:
- Low cost: They are cheaper than two-stage models.

Single-stage air conditioners are going to be cheapest to purchase and have installed. If you’re on a budget, this is probably your best bet. The good news is, a one-stage AC is still going to cool your home adequately, provided it’s sized properly and installed correctly. So you don’t have to worry on that front.

A/C Installation

Duration of work: 2 days

Used equipment: 3T HP 208/230/1/60 HH Ultra Quiet High Efficiency

Description:
We replaced furnace for this client this winter. Now he has turned to us again with a new project — the installation of an air conditioner to furnace. We were going to install a slim unit that would fit into a small space, be quiet and fit into the space near the house. Also, we installed the same brand and therefore the super very quite model was chosen. We are glad when customers come back to us with new projects!

Minimal Footprint A low-profile, unobtrusive outdoor unit makes this system an ideal option for homes with zero lot lines or limited outdoor space. Whole-Home Solution This versatile, energy efficient system can be easily retrofitted to combine with existing connections, providing an efficiency upgrade for your entire home

A/C Installation

Duration of work: 1 day

Used equipment: Gree - 2-3 Ton 18 SEER Heat Pump Condensing Unit, 208-230/1/60, R-410A FLEXX36HP230V1AO

Description:
Here you can see the addition of A/C to the existing old furnace. We made several different options. The client chose this system due to its efficiency, small size and affordable price compared to other analogues.

Heat pumps offer you a high level of energy efficiency, which helps to keep your energy bills low each month. A variable-speed or inverter heat pump maximizes this efficiency, and minimizes the amount of energy that would otherwise be lost during the refrigerant cycle.

New AC Installation

Duration of work: 1-2 days

Used equipment: Bryant 126SAN03600W 3T Pur.P 15 SEER2 AC 208/2301 Single Stage Bryant 821TA48070V17 Low NOx Variable-Speed Two-Stage Gas Furnace

Description:
Initially, we were asked to add an air conditioner to the old furnace, but the client decided to change the furnace, because simultaneous installation of furnace and AC is more profitable than installing the equipment separately.

One of the reasons why so many US homes still use single-stage ACs is:
- Low cost: They are cheaper than two-stage models.

Two-stage operation allows longer, more even heating cycles on low stage. Traditional single-stage furnaces only operate at one capacity.

A two-stage gas furnace, on the other hand, operates at two separate capacities: high and low. The low setting is used about 50-60 percent of the time (sometimes even longer), while the high setting is only used when it’s excessively cold outside.

- Increased efficiency. A two-stage furnace’s low capacity consumes less energy than its high capacity. Since the low setting is used a majority of the time, a two-stage furnace consumes less energy than a traditional single-stage furnace (even though a two-stage furnace operates more often).

- More consistent heating. With a single-stage furnace, your home is blasted with a large amount of heat every time that the system turns on. This can lead to inconsistent spikes and dips in your home’s temperature levels. A two-stage furnace operates longer than a single-stage furnace (and at a lower setting), which allows it to heat your home more consistently and with much smaller temperature fluctuations.

- Less system cycling. Another advantage of a two-stage furnace operating more often than a single-stage furnace is that your system performs much less on-and-off cycling. This puts less stress on your furnace, which helps minimize breakdowns and allows the system to have a longer operating life.

- Better air quality. Because a two-stage furnace has longer heating cycles than a single-stage furnace, the air is sent through your system’s filtration devices more often. This leads to better air quality because more particles will be removed from your air and your home will have a more consistent supply of freshly filtered air.
